About Us
The Urban Lights Story
It all began in 2015 when I opened the shop formally known as, The London Light Company. We started out offering alternative light fixtures made from industrial conduit.
Since then we have moved from our London base to a small workshop in Berkshire and changed to name The Urban Light Company.
Although we have kept some of our condiut lights for sale we are looking to branch out more with new exciting and creative designs, to suit all of our customers.
All of the lights we sell are handmade in the UK in our quaint workshop and we have a great passion to design lights that are elegant, unique and fully functional. We love to add colour to our designs and never frightened of pushing the boundries.

Peter Broomfield
Designer & Sparky
Peter has worked in the electrical industry for over 50 years. He has countless experience. In his spare time he enjoys gardening, walking and of course making lights
